Hotel cancellation policy

Room cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will not be charged. Any cancellations made 30 days or less, prior to your arrival date, will be charged for the full duration of the time booked. However, if the room is re-sold and the hotel achieves 100% occupancy over this period you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Please note, if you require additional Hotel nights dates outside of the June 26 – 30 period please contact the Fairmont directly by phone, fax with your Conference registration Confirmation Number, as you will need this to book additional nights.
