This is the annual conference of ERA Europe, the European affiliate of the Electronic Retailing Association.

This conference is for companies who sell 'direct-to-consumer', to the many millions of consumers around the world who buy goods and services on TV, online, and on the move, via electronic media.

This show is an expo not only for the marketers and advertisers, but also key suppliers to the industry, such as call centres, warehousing & fulfilment companies, TV production companies, web design companies, legal firms, and of course companies and inventors with products looking for retail distribution into new territories.

Attendees

The conference averages an attendance of around 300 delegates, with around 80% of those attendees at Executive Management level. 

Geographical split:

Last year in Stockholm saw the largest attendance since the ERA started its European Conference 15 years ago, with 367 attendees (27% increase on 2010) and 46 countries represented.

US and Canada was up 40% at 118 attendees, Asia up 40% and Europe up 9% with 192 attendees.
